About the Role

Paragon Ventures Private Limited is looking for a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our team in Kannur and Kozhikode.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming guest experience, handling guest interactions professionally, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and interact with guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback effectively.
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to address guest requirements.
- Assist in resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming workplace for guests.
- Support the team in delivering excellent customer service.

Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Valuable knowledge of Malayalam and English; additional languages are an advantage.




- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality workplace.
- Well-groomed, courteous, and professional.
- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills may also apply.
