About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric rehabilitation team. The therapist will work with children with developmental, sensory, motor, behavioral and functional difficulties and provide individualized, goal-oriented therapy.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct occupational therapy assessments and identify functional difficulties.

* Plan and provide individualized therapy programs based on each child’s needs.

* Provide Sensory Integration, developmental and functional therapy.

* Work on gross motor, fine motor, visual-perceptual and cognitive skills.

* Address attention, regulation, motor planning and coordination difficulties.

* Develop ADL, handwriting and school-readiness skills.

* Maintain proper assessment records, therapy notes and progress reports.

* Set measurable short-term and long-term therapy goals.

* Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s progress and home activities.

* Collaborate with other professionals such as speech therapists,



special educators and psychologists when required.

* Maintain a professional, child-friendly and safe therapeutic environment.

Preferred Skills

* Good clinical observation and documentation skills.

* Basic knowledge of Sensory Integration and pediatric developmental therapy.

* Good communication and parent-handling skills.

* Ability to independently plan and conduct therapy sessions.

* Patience, empathy and a child-centred approach.

* Willingness to learn and develop clinical skills.
