We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive – B2B to join our team.

Position: Sales Executive – B2B

Experience: 2–3 Years
Relevant Experience: FMCG / MR / B2B Sales
Work Location: Home / Local – Shahjahanpur, Lakhimpur & Bareilly
Reporting Location: Shahjahanpur
Interview Location: Shahjahanpur

Salary, Target & Incentive

Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 per month on completion of the monthly target

Monthly Target: Minimum 1 sale of 15 KW solar project
Project Type: Commercial / Industrial / Residential

Incentive: After completing the monthly target, ₹15,000 incentive will be provided on each additional lead/sale, with each project being of minimum 15 KW.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Identify potential customers and generate solar sales.
- Conduct market visits and meet clients,



dealers and business owners.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Submit regular sales and market reports.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG, MR or B2B Sales.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Good field sales and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of the local market will be preferred.
