Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries and leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable marble home décor products.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Explain product features, pricing, availability and delivery details.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and orders.
- Build solid relationships with customers and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for repeat purchases.
- Achieve monthly calling, follow-up and sales/conversion targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
