About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their commercial real estate requirements, and supporting the team in building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
- Connect with potential corporate clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Understand client requirements for office spaces, commercial properties, retail spaces, and other real estate solutions.
- Conduct initial discussions with prospective clients and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the senior sales/leasing team.




- Maintain and regularly update the lead and client database.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication.
- Develop and maintain strong qualified relationships with clients.
- Research target companies, industries, and potential business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, calling, meeting, and business development targets.
- Prepare basic reports on daily activities, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
