Janatha Diagnostics is looking for a Lab Technologist to join our Kondotty branch. The candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests accurately, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring proper documentation and workflow within the laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests as assigned.
- Handle blood, urine, and other clinical samples following proper procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers.
- Ensure accurate testing, reporting, and documentation of results.
- Follow NABL/NABH quality and safety standards.
- Perform internal quality control and maintain required records.
- Ensure proper sample collection, identification, processing, and storage.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and biosafety practices in the laboratory.
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other departments when required.




- Report equipment issues, sample discrepancies, or technical concerns to the concerned authority.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and laboratory reports.

Eligibility

- Qualification: B.Sc. MLT
- Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates may apply.
- Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- Laboratory: 1 year (Preferred)
