We are looking for a Research & Content Intern to join our growing Instagram channel. The ideal candidate should be curious, proactive, and interested in understanding social media trends, viral content, audience behaviour, and competitor strategies.

The intern will be responsible for researching content ideas from the market, identifying topics and formats that have strong potential for views and engagement, and helping us build our Instagram channel from the ground up.

This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the research and content-discovery process.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily/weekly research on Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms to identify trending topics and high-performing content.
- Research what leading creators, competitors, and established Instagram pages are doing to generate views, shares, comments, and engagement.
- Identify content gaps, trending subjects, viral formats, hooks, and storytelling techniques that can be adapted for our channel.
- Find interesting and relevant topics that can be converted into short-form Instagram Reels/Clips.
- Research and shortlist potential content ideas from zero, without relying only on pre-existing topics or scripts.
- Analyse successful Reels and identify why they are performing well, including:
- Topic selection
- Opening hook
- Video structure
- Length
- Caption
- Editing style
- Call-to-action
- Audience engagement
- Maintain a structured content/research database containing ideas, references, trends, and relevant sources.
- Suggest ideas for Reels, short clips, and other short-form content based on market research.
- Monitor emerging trends and provide timely recommendations for content creation.
- Coordinate with the content/editorial team to convert research into publishable short-form content.




- Continuously experiment with recent content ideas and formats to improve the channel's reach and engagement.
