The Graduate Trainee learns the business fast and grows into an executive seat.

Duties

Rotate through Operations, Catalogue and Accounts — 4 weeks each.

Follow SOPs exactly; log work daily.

Support data entry, listing updates and shipment documents.

Use AI tools for drafting and checks — always verified.

Weekly learning review with the assigned mentor.

Requirements

The required skills are: Graduation completed, Basic Excel, Willingness to learn.

Freshers who have completed graduation can apply.





The education required is Graduation completed (any stream).

Pay, hours and perks

The salary is Rs 15,000 to 18,000 per month, based on experience.

The job type is Full time, with 8 working hours per day and one weekly day off.

The benefits include 8 days of paid casual leave per year.

The work location is the company office and warehouses in Kolhapur.
