- Employee Motivation & Engagement: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of US voice process executives to achieve individual and collective business targets.
- Maintain strong team morale, especially during challenging periods or when targets are difficult to achieve.
- Training, Coaching & Development: Inspire and influence team members through effective Training, communication, coaching, and continuous motivation.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor daily team performance, productivity, attendance, call quality, and target achievement. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with management.
- Conduct daily team huddles, performance discussions, and regular one-on-one meetings.
- Target Achievement & Sales Performance: Take ownership of team productivity, employee performance, attendance, discipline, and overall operational efficiency.
