About the Role

Insperion Study Abroad Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented and people-focused Relationship Manager to lead our student counselling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of counsellors, driving student enrolments, maintaining customer relationships and ensuring achievement of individual and team targets.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, counselling and team-management skills, along with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and motivate a team of student counsellors.
- Set team targets and monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance.
- Track counsellor activities, lead follow-ups and conversion performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, reviews and performance discussions.
- Guide counsellors in handling student enquiries and counselling sessions.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding study-abroad opportunities.
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities and destinations.
- Manage leads from initial enquiry through admission and enrolment.
- Ensure effective and timely follow-up with prospective students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Monitor the quality of counselling and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with admission,



documentation and visa teams to ensure smooth processing.
- Identify challenges within the team and implement solutions to improve performance.
- Support seminars, student events, marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
- Prepare and submit regular team performance and achievement reports.
- Drive the team towards monthly and annual enrolment targets.

Candidate Requirements

- MBA preferred
- Relevant experience in team management, sales, counselling, education or study-abroad industry will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and leadership potential may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team leadership and people-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven approach.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good counselling and negotiation skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Age below 35 years.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
