Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support the company's sales and marketing activities in the chemical industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new markets, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the achievement of sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, a customer-oriented approach, and an understanding of industrial/B2B sales, preferably within the chemical, manufacturing, or related industry.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Generate leads through market research, customer references, online platforms, industry directories, exhibitions, and other sources.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their product requirements.
- Promote the company's chemical products and technical solutions to prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and follow up with customers for order conversion.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements, specifications, consumption patterns, and future business needs.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant internal departments for resolution.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Collect customer feedback regarding product quality, pricing, delivery, and service.

3. Market Research





- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industries, applications, and emerging markets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product offerings, and market trends.
- Identify current applications and industries where the company's chemical products can be marketed.
- Prepare periodic market intelligence and competitor reports.

4. Coordination with Internal Departments

- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Dispatch, Logistics, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Follow up on production and dispatch schedules and communicate updates to customers.
- Coordinate with the Quality/Technical team for technical queries, product specifications, COA, MSDS/SDS, samples, and other documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service issues.

5. Sales Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain customer databases, sales records, enquiries, quotations, and follow-up reports.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and business development reports.
- Maintain records of leads, prospects, customer visits, samples, quotations, and orders.
- Track pending enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.

6. Customer Visits & Business Development Activities

- Conduct customer visits and meetings as required.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, seminars, and industry events.
- Visit prospective customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
- Prepare visit reports and follow up on business opportunities generated.

7. Product & Industry Knowledge

- Develop a basic understanding of the company's chemical products, applications, specifications, and industries served.
- Understand product-related technical documentation and communicate relevant information accurately to customers.
- Keep updated with developments in the chemical and manufacturing sectors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
