- Supervise daily operation and production of the I.V. Cannula automatic machine.
- Monitor Body Assembly, Tip Forming, Needle Fixing and Final Setting processes.
- Ensure proper machine setup, parameters, changeover and production output.
- Maintain product quality and control process rejections.
- Ensure BMR, machine logbook and production records are properly maintained.
- Allocate manpower and ensure operators follow SOPs and GMP requirements.
- Report machine breakdowns, process abnormalities and quality issues.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness and discipline.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate
Experience: auto machine 1–2 years in Production / Medical Device Manufacturing preferred
