Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Qualification: B.Com Graduate
Experience: 3–5 years in accounting

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including documentation and explanations.
- Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- B.Com graduates with relevant experience are preferred.
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, taxation, and compliance.
- CPA qualification is an added advantage.
