Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team remotely.
- Set monthly targets and monitor team performance.
- Generate and manage leads through digital, telecalling, social media, and other channels.
- Develop current customer, partner, and business opportunities.
- Monitor sales conversions, follow-ups, and overall revenue performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
- Identify market opportunities and implement strategies for business growth.

Requirements





- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable managing teams remotely.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
- Smartphone/laptop and reliable internet connection required.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and company policy
Incentives: Performance-based incentives available.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
