Role Overview:

We are looking for a SEM Analyst with hands-on experience in Google Ads and paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate should be analytical, performance-driven, and comfortable managing and optimizing campaigns independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-term analysis.
- Manage bidding, budgets, keywords, negative keywords, and ad performance.
- Create and test ad copies to improve CTR and conversions.
- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.




- Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements:

- Strong working experience with Google campaigns.
- Good understanding of keyword research, bidding, optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical and English communication skills. (Mandatory)
- Google Ads Search Certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in BCA / MCA / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc IT / BE Computer or related field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
