Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations, with strong hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Amazon Seller Central and daily e-commerce operations.
- Handle order processing, order tracking, dispatch, and fulfilment.
- Create, update, and manage product listings on Amazon.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, product details, and stock availability.
- Handle returns, refunds, cancellations, replacements, and customer-related issues.
- Raise and follow up on Amazon claims, disputes, and reimbursement cases.
- Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for delivery-related issues.
- Maintain order, return,



and claim records and prepare basic reports.

Requirements

- Mandatory hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience in Amazon product listing and order processing.
- Good knowledge of returns, claims, refunds, and order tracking.
- Basic Excel/MIS knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience with Flipkart, Meesho, or other marketplaces will be an added advantage.
