Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction accounting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounts, project-related financial transactions, statutory compliances, vendor payments, customer receipts, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accounts related to real estate projects and construction activities.
- Manage customer receipts, vendor payments, expenses, and project transactions.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain proper records of project expenses and vendor accounts.
- Prepare outstanding receivable and payable reports.
- Reconcile bank, customer, vendor, and ledger accounts.
- Manage Tally Prime and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Coordinate with auditors,



consultants, banks, vendors, and customers when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support management with accounting and financial information as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate / Construction accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
- Experience handling project-related accounts will be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience in Real Estate / Construction companies and knowledge of project accounting will be given preference.
