Client Relationship / Telecalling Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Incentives: ₹10,000+ per month based on performance

About the Role

We are looking for confident, well-spoken and professional individuals to join our Client Relationship Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with company-provided leads, understanding their basic requirements, following up with prospective clients and coordinating appointments with our field executives.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads provided by the company
- Communicate professionally with prospective clients
- Understand and record basic client requirements
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with field executives
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and appointments
- Ensure timely coordination between clients and field executives
- Provide a professional and positive experience to prospective clients

Candidate Requirements





- Fluent in Hindi with basic to good English communication skills
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and skilled telephone manner
- Basic knowledge of finance and the stock market
- Interest in financial services and investment-related matters
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to communicate with clients professionally over the phone
- Freshers with good communication skills and basic financial knowledge are welcome to apply
