About the Role:
We're looking for a versatile digital marketing and web qualified who can independently handle website design, paid advertising, and SEO for our business. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain responsive websites (WordPress or similar platforms)
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) campaigns
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO — keyword research, content optimization, backlink building, technical SEO audits
- Track and report on campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS)
- Stay current with platform updates and digital marketing best practices

Requirements:

- Proven experience in website design/development (HTML/CSS,



WordPress, or similar CMS)
- Hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Good communication skills

Nice to Have:

- Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
- Basic content writing ability
- Experience with landing page builders (Elementor, Unbounce, etc.)
