Machine Setter (Traub)

Hexon Engineers, a Pune-based manufacturer of precision hydraulic fittings and adapters serving the Oil & Gas, Construction, Agriculture and Manufacturing industries, is looking for an experienced Traub Machine Setter to join our team in Gat No, 1326A, Dehu - Alandi Rd, Vitthal Nagar, Shelarvasti, Ganesh Nagar Chikhali, Chikhali, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411062, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating Traub machines to produce precision components as per specifications, ensuring consistent quality and production output.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Set up and operate Traub machines according to job/part specifications
- Change and adjust machine settings for different sizes, designs and tolerances
- Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and quality using measuring instruments
- Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance and minor troubleshooting




- Maintain production records and report any machine issues to the Production Manager
- Work with the team to meet daily/weekly production targets
- Follow all safety procedures during machine operation

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 2 to maximum 10 years of hands-on experience operating Traub/CNC lathe machines (required)
- ITI or trade certificate in Mechanical/Production preferred
- Strong understanding of precision machining, tolerances and measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer)
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Disciplined, reliable, and willing to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
