About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Head – Staffing Operations & Business Development to lead regional staffing operations and business growth. The role will manage P&L;, workforce operations, client acquisition, account growth, payroll, compliance and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Own regional P&L;, revenue, margins, costs and profitability.
- Drive contract staffing, bulk/recurring hiring, workforce deployment and SLA delivery.
- Oversee onboarding, payroll, attendance, employee lifecycle and statutory compliance.
- Grow existing accounts through account mining, recurring business and increased staffing volumes.
- Support new client acquisition, proposals,



commercial negotiations and staffing solutions.
- Lead staffing, sourcing and operations teams and drive KPIs, productivity and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

- 7-15 years of experience in General Staffing, Contract Staffing, Manpower Outsourcing or Recruitment Services.
- Strong experience in P&L; management, business development and client/account management.
- Experience managing large deployed workforces and staffing operations.
- Strong understanding of payroll, statutory compliance and employee deployment.
- Robust leadership, commercial, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
