Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients and support doctors and the healthcare team in delivering safe and effective patient care.

The candidate will be responsible for patient monitoring, medication administration, maintaining nursing records, assisting doctors during procedures, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols and clinical requirements.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and clinical condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency care.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
- Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition to the doctor or senior nursing staff.
- Follow infection control, medication safety, and patient safety protocols.
- Maintain proper handling and documentation of medicines and medical supplies.
- Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
- Provide appropriate patient and attendant education regarding treatment and care.
- Ensure proper hygiene, comfort, and safety of patients.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing supervisors, laboratory, pharmacy, and other hospital departments.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of nursing stations and patient-care areas.
- Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.




- Participate in emergency response and resuscitation procedures as required.
- Support senior nurses and nursing supervisors in day-to-day clinical activities.

Required Qualifications

- GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.
- Candidates with relevant hospital experience will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Good clinical and patient-care skills.
- Knowledge of medication administration and basic nursing procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of infection-control and patient-safety practices.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required.
