We are looking for an experienced CNC & VMC Programmer to join our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize CNC/VMC machining programs.
- Prepare programs using drawings, 2D/3D models, and job specifications.
- Perform machine setup, tool selection, offsets, and job setting.
- Select proper cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining parameters.
- Operate and troubleshoot CNC/VMC machines when required.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and machining quality as per drawing.
- Reduce machining cycle time and improve productivity.
- Monitor tool life and minimize tool breakage and rejection.
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams.
- Maintain proper machining records and production reports.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of CNC & VMC programming.
- Strong understanding of G-code and M-code.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, GD&T;, and tolerances.




- Knowledge of milling, drilling, tapping, boring, pocketing, and contour machining.
- Knowledge of tooling, inserts, fixtures, and work holding.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Fanuc / Mitsubishi / Siemens controllers will be an advantage.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Tool & Die, Production, or related field.

Experience

Preferably 2+ years of experience in CNC/VMC programming and machining.

We are looking for someone who can independently handle programming, machine setup, machining optimization, and quality control of precision components.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
