Role Overview - The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving daily sales, acquiring new customers, and expanding Dairy Kart’s market presence across retail, B2B, and home-delivery channels. This is a field-based, target-driven role focused on execution and results.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retail shops, hotels, cafes, sweet shops, hostels, offices, and households to generate sales
- Acquire new customers and convert leads into regular buyers Negotiate pricing, volume, and payment terms within company guidelines
- Ensure timely payment collection from credit customers
- Promote dairy products including milk, curd, paneer, ghee, and value-added products
- Conduct local marketing activities such as sampling, posters, and shop branding
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends and competitor activity
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth supply




- Maintain daily sales records and submit regular reports to management.

- Number of new customers acquired
- Daily and monthly sales volume
- Payment collection efficiency

- Market coverage and visit discipline

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
