About the Role

Insperion Study Abroad Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, enthusiastic and student-focused Student Counsellor to join our team.

The Student Counsellor will be responsible for understanding students' academic and career goals, providing suitable study-abroad guidance, following up with prospective students and converting enquiries into successful enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding study-abroad opportunities.
- Understand students' academic background, interests and career goals.
- Recommend suitable countries, universities and courses.
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into applications and enrolments.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Explain admission requirements, application procedures and scholarship opportunities.
- Coordinate with documentation, admission and visa teams.




- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve individual counselling, conversion and enrolment targets.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs and promotional activities.
- Stay updated about university programs and admission requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in counselling, sales, education or study-abroad services is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Goal-oriented and target-driven.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
