About the Role

We are seeking a Hospital Coordinator & Controller (Admin & Market) to manage hospital manpower, ambulance and service operations across the North Region. The role involves hospital coordination, manpower control, SLA compliance, operational reporting and market development.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily operations with hospital management and concerned departments.
- Ensure manpower deployment, attendance, duty rosters and timely replacements.
- Monitor ambulance availability, deployment, utilisation and service continuity.
- Ensure services are delivered as per the Service Agreement / SLA / KPI.
- Handle hospital complaints, operational issues and corrective actions.
- Conduct regular hospital/site visits and provide updates to management.
- Maintain manpower, ambulance, attendance and operational records.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts and Operations teams for service requirements.
- Assist in invoice verification and service-related documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
- Identify new hospital/service opportunities and support business development.
- Coordinate proposals, quotations, tenders and client follow-ups.
- Provide timely escalation of major operational or compliance issues.

Regional Coverage

The position will cover:





Rajasthan | Uttar Pradesh | Haryana | Delhi/NCR

Travel across assigned locations will be required.

Requirements

- Graduate; Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years' experience in hospital coordination, healthcare operations, manpower/facility management, ambulance services or service contracts.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.
- Ability to manage multiple hospitals/locations.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
- Valid driving licence will be an advantage.
