Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to manage showroom sales, lead the sales team, drive customer engagement, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day retail/showroom sales operations.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Handle customer enquiries, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Drive sales of electrical, lighting, and smart home products.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service.
- Monitor sales performance, targets, and daily/monthly reports.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, quotations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with inventory and other departments for smooth order execution.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in retail/showroom sales, preferably electrical, lighting, or building materials.
- Strong team handling and sales-closing skills.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Knowledge of showroom/retail sales operations.
