Key Responsibilities

- Supervise execution of bridges, flyovers, culverts, retaining walls, RCC structures and other highway structures.
- Review structural drawings, GFC drawings, BBS and coordinate with consultants for technical clarifications.
- Monitor structural work including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, foundations, piers, abutments and girder works.
- Ensure compliance with MORTH, IRC, IS Codes and project specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Planning, QA/QC, Survey, Billing, Consultants and Subcontractors.
- Monitor daily/weekly progress and achieve project execution targets.
- Verify quantities, measurements and support RA billing and material planning.
- Identify site issues and provide timely technical solutions.
- Maintain necessary site records, inspection reports and progress documentation.





Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 3 to5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in road/highway and structural construction projects.
- Good knowledge of RCC structures, bridges, culverts, foundations and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office/Excel.
- Knowledge of MoRTH, IRC & relevant IS Codes.
- Positive communication, coordination and team-handling skills.
- Candidates with experience in NHAI/MSRDC/PWD/EPC highway projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
