About the Role

Healing Hands Clinic is a specialized healthcare clinic focused on the treatment of Piles, Fissure & Fistula. We are looking for an energetic and confident Patient Relationship Officer (PRO) to strengthen our doctor referral network and expand our healthcare outreach across Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit Physicians, MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, Gastroenterologists, Surgeons & Hospitals to introduce Healing Hands Clinic and its specialized treatment services.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and manage doctor referral networks across Ahmedabad.
- Explain our clinic's specialties, treatment options, and patient-care approach to referring doctors.
- Identify and develop opportunities for corporate, society & club health camps.
- Coordinate health awareness camps, screening programs, seminars, and community outreach activities.
- Follow up with doctors, hospitals, corporates, and other referral partners.
- Maintain daily visit reports, doctor databases, referrals, and outreach activity records.

Who We're Looking For

- 1–4 years of experience in Healthcare Sales / Medical Representative / Hospital Marketing / Business Development.




- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable meeting and communicating with doctors and senior healthcare professionals.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel across Ahmedabad for doctor and institutional visits.
- Fluency in Gujarati & Hindi; English communication is an advantage.
- Existing doctor/hospital/corporate network in Ahmedabad will be an added advantage.
