Job Description:

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

- Prepare and maintain HVAC project schedules using MS Project / Primavera P6

- Develop WBS, activity sequencing, and milestone plans for HVAC works

- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly

- Identify schedule delays and support recovery planning

2. HVAC Project Coordination

- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and contractors

- Track HVAC execution activities (ducting, piping, insulation, equipment installation)

- Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure

- Organize project meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting)

3. Monitoring & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HVAC progress reports

- Track key milestones: material delivery, installation, testing & commissioning

- Highlight risks, delays, and dependencies to the project team

4. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain HVAC project documentation (drawings, BOQs, schedules, approvals)

- Support shop drawing approvals, method statements, and material submittals

- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards

5. Cost, Material & Resource Coordination

- Track HVAC material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams

- Monitor manpower deployment and productivity

- Assist in cost tracking and variation/change order documentation

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation ,and Any PG ,and Any Doctorate

- Solid understanding of HVAC systems (chillers, VRF, AHU, ducting, piping)

- Excellent coordination and communication skills

- Planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

- Attention to detail and time management

- MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint

- AutoCAD

Qualification & Experience

- BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

- 5–9 years of experience in HVAC project planning or coordination

- Experience in commercial, industrial, or high-rise HVAC projects preferred

Preferred Attributes

- Willingness to visit project sites

- Ability to manage multiple HVAC projects simultaneously

- Team-oriented with a proactive approach
