We are hiring a full‑time Tax & Accounting Manager based in India who can work in the Toronto (EST) time zone. This role is ideal for an Indian CA or CA Final candidate with strong technical skills who is efficient, detail‑oriented, and passionate about mastering Canadian taxation.

Key Responsibilities
- Canadian tax returns review and preparation
- Bookkeeping, reconciliations & monthly FS close
- Managing and reviewing staff work to ensure accuracy and quality
- Client communication, workflow management & file organization

Preferred Experience
- Prior Canadian tax or accounting exposure (bonus)
- Ability to work independently with a high sense of ownership is a must
- Prior experience in managing and mentoring junior staff
- Robust technical foundation

Additional Support (as needed)
- Admin & operational assistance
- Social media or start‑up support
