Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to oversee and manage residential construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution, project coordination, quality control, and team management skills, with relevant experience in residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution as per approved schedules and timelines.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Ensure proper utilization of resources and minimize material wastage.
- Review and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor civil works including RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and other residential construction activities.




- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports.
- Track project timelines and take corrective action to avoid delays.
- Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other project staff.
- Coordinate with the management and provide regular updates on project status.
- Ensure all work is completed within the approved budget, timeline, and quality requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction/project management.
- Experience in residential projects is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and site execution.
- Good leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools.
- Candidates with experience in real estate/residential construction will be preferred.
