- Lead and manage *interior projects from planning to final handover*.

- Plan project schedules, timelines, resources, and execution strategies.

- Manage and coordinate *site teams, designers, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors*.

- Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.

- Ensure execution is as per *approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements*.

- Coordinate all interior works including *carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, false ceiling, painting, and finishing works*.

- Review drawings, BOQs, material requirements, and project specifications.

- Monitor material procurement, deliveries, and site inventory.

- Identify and resolve site and execution issues efficiently.

- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.

- Ensure projects are delivered *within the approved budget and agreed timeline*.

- Communicate project progress, challenges, and requirements to clients and management.

- Manage project handover, snagging, rectification, and final completion.





- Lead and mentor junior engineers, supervisors, and site teams.

10–15 years of experience* in interior project management and site execution.

- Strong experience in *residential/commercial interior fit-out projects*.

- Excellent knowledge of interior construction and finishing works.

- Ability to read and coordinate *architectural, interior, electrical, and plumbing drawings*.

- Strong understanding of *BOQ, estimation, measurements, costing, and billing*.

- Excellent *team management, vendor coordination, and client-handling skills*.

- Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Positive knowledge of **MS Excel and project management tools.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
