HR RECRUITER
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 1–7 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Requirements
- 1–7 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and recruitment port
Pay: From ₹94.63 per month
