4) Job Purpose-To install, program, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve PLC-based machines, automation systems, and control panels to ensure smooth production, minimum downtime, and safe equipment operation.
5) Key Responsibilities / Job Details
A. PLC Programming & Development
Develop, modify, and maintain PLC programs for machines and automation systems.
Work on recent PLC logic, HMI screens, and machine sequence development.
Upload/download programs in PLCs and maintain backups of all software.
Understand and edit ladder logic, function block / structured control logic.
Support in machine automation improvement projects.
B. Breakdown Maintenance
Attend machine breakdown related to PLC, HMI, sensors, VFD, servo, relay logic, control wiring.




Diagnose faults in automation panels and control circuits.
Rectify issues related to interlocks, timers, counters, communication failure, input/output fault.
Reduce machine downtime through quick troubleshooting.
C. Preventive Maintenance
Carry out preventive maintenance of PLC panels, electrical panels, sensors, HMI, VFD, drives and control systems.
Check panel health, wiring condition, communication cables, cooling fans, relays, MCBs, contactors, and power supply units.
Ensure periodic backup of PLC and HMI programs.
6) Experince -3 to 10 Years

7) Salary- 30- 60 K Per Month.
