About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms to build brand presence, engage audiences, and drive measurable business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Plan monthly content calendars including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
- Coordinate with design and content teams to create engaging creatives and copies
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep content relevant
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable reports using tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and reviews
- Collaborate with influencers and manage brand partnerships when required




- Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Proven experience in managing multiple brand accounts
- Knowledge of content marketing, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising on Meta and LinkedIn
- Basic understanding of analytics, insights, and ROI tracking
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in a digital marketing agency setting
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling platforms
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
