About the Role

We are looking for a Hardware / Networking Engineer with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our technical support team. The candidate will be responsible for handling computer hardware, networking systems, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and providing technical support at office and client locations.

The ideal candidate should have good practical knowledge of computer hardware, LAN networking, routers, switches, printers and basic system troubleshooting. Since the role involves field visits, the candidate should be comfortable travelling to client locations for installation and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure and maintain desktop computers, laptops and other IT hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware-related issues such as system errors, connectivity problems, printer issues and peripheral failures.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi and basic network connectivity.
- Handle installation and configuration of routers, switches and other networking devices.
- Diagnose and resolve basic network-related issues at client and office locations.
- Install and configure operating systems, drivers and required software.
- Perform preventive maintenance of computer systems and networking equipment.
- Provide on-site technical support to clients whenever required.
- Visit client locations for hardware installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Identify technical issues and provide appropriate solutions within the required time.
- Handle printer, scanner and other peripheral device installation and troubleshooting.
- Maintain records of service calls, repairs, installations and technical issues.
- Coordinate with clients and understand their technical requirements.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior technical team when required.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of company/client IT equipment.




- Follow company procedures while performing field service and technical support activities.

Required Skills

- Good practical knowledge of Computer Hardware & Networking.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, IP Address, DNS and DHCP.
- Knowledge of routers, switches and network connectivity.
- Hardware troubleshooting and system assembling knowledge.
- Knowledge of Windows installation and configuration.
- Basic knowledge of drivers, software installation and system configuration.
- Printer and peripheral troubleshooting knowledge.
- Valuable problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Good communication skills and client-handling ability.
- Ability to work independently at client locations.
- Willingness to travel for field work.

Eligibility

- Education: Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Computer, IT, Electronics or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in Hardware & Networking.
- Candidate should be comfortable with regular field work and client visits.
- Candidate should have a basic understanding of computer hardware and networking.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

- PF and ESIC applicable after completion of 3 months.
- Vehicle will be provided for field work.
- Sunday will be the weekly off.
- Opportunity to gain practical experience in hardware, networking and technical support.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is technically hands-on, responsible and comfortable dealing with clients. The candidate should be willing to travel for field assignments and should have a practical approach toward diagnosing and resolving hardware and networking issues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
