YOUR MAIN GOAL
Generate high-quality leads and actual sales through Facebook & Instagram Ads.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Run and manage Meta ad campaigns
- Generate qualified leads for our software products
- Test different audiences, creatives and offers
- Reduce CPL and improve lead quality
- Track Lead → Qualified Lead → Demo → Sale
- Work closely with our sales team
- Optimize campaigns based on actual conversions and ROI

HIRING PROCESS
1 Month — Trial Period
Performance evaluation with real campaigns.
3 Months — Internship
₹5,000+ monthly stipend
Stipend growth based on performance

After Internship — Full-Time
Salary up to ₹40,000/month
Salary based on skills and performance
