Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance & Reliability Engineer to monitor equipment and system performance, identify reliability issues, and support improvement initiatives. The candidate will analyze performance data, investigate failures, and implement measures to improve equipment reliability, availability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze equipment and system performance.
- Conduct reliability analysis and identify recurring equipment failures.
- Investigate equipment breakdowns and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Analyze maintenance and operational data to identify performance trends.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, availability, and efficiency.
- Track key performance and reliability indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare performance, reliability, failure, and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
- Support condition monitoring and equipment health assessment activities.




- Recommend corrective and preventive actions based on reliability analysis.
- Support reliability improvement and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain equipment history, failure records, and reliability documentation.
- Ensure activities comply with applicable safety and engineering requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related engineering field.
- 1–5 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, performance analysis, or a related field.
- Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance.
- Understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, and reliability improvement techniques.
- Ability to analyze equipment performance and maintenance data.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis/reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of CMMS or maintenance management systems is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
