Position- Production Merchandiser
Location- Virwani Industrial Estate, Goregaon East.
Timings- 10 am to 6.00 pm
Working days- 6 days (2 Saturday off, all other saturdays are working)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage production from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Coordinate with production team for status.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, labels, packaging, and other materials.
- Maintain inventory records for raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor material receipts, issues, and stock balances.
- Ensure materials are available as per production requirements.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock movement.
- Check physical stock against system records and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors for production and material requirements.
- Follow up with vendors for timely supply and delivery.
- Verify vendor bills against purchase orders, deliveries, and agreed rates.
- Coordinate with Accounts for bill processing and payment follow-up.
- Maintain vendor records, bills, and payment status.
- Resolve vendor issues related to rates, quantities, deliveries, and billing.
- Coordinate with Design, Sourcing, Quality, Warehouse, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
- Monitor production delays, material shortages, inventory issues, and vendor concerns.
- Prepare regular production, inventory, and vendor reports.
- Ensure timely production and delivery as per planned quantities and quality standards.
