Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Employment Type: Full-time, Main Road Branch

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and skills)

Skills and Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise the entire accounting team, assigning tasks and reviewing their work
- Take full ownership of the accounts function, including day-to-day operations and deadlines
- Integrity and a strong sense of ownership of the whole team.
- Oversee the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and income tax filings and other statutory compliance
- Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits
- Manage budgeting, cash flow monitoring,



and MIS reporting for management
- Strengthen accounting processes and internal controls, and reduce errors
- Resolve accounting issues and escalate risks to management

Experience and Qualification:

- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, including prior experience leading a team.
- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter, ICWA, or MBA Finance is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and Indian Taxation
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and advanced MS Excel.
