ArthaVaidya Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our business development activities, manage a sales team and contribute to the company's growth.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Financial Services, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management or Financial Planning, along with proven team-handling and business development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and motivate the Business Development/Sales team.

Drive individual and team business targets.

Develop recent client relationships and expand the existing client base.

Promote Mutual Funds, Financial Planning, Wealth Management and other financial products.

Generate business through client acquisition, referrals, networking and relationship management.

Develop and implement business development strategies.

Conduct client meetings, presentations and product discussions.

Build long-term relationships with clients and business partners.

Monitor team performance and ensure consistent productivity.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.

Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred.

4–8 years of experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Mutual Funds,



Investment Products or related fields.

Proven experience in team management/team leadership.

Experience in Mutual Funds and Financial Planning will be preferred.

Strong sales, business development and client relationship skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to build, manage and motivate a high-performing team.

Target-oriented, proactive and commercially driven.

Existing network in the financial-services industry will be an added advantage.

Annual Performance Bonus: Additional performance-linked annual bonus based on individual and team contribution.
