- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various client companies.
- Understand job requirements from clients and source suitable candidates.
- Post job vacancies on Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, Job Hai, and other recruitment portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and follow up on interview feedback.
- Schedule interviews and ensure candidates attend on time.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers in Excel.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Coordinate with clients regarding recruitment requirements and candidate status.




- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream; HR specialization preferred.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Ability to handle multiple job openings and bulk hiring.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn recruitment are welcome.
- Experience in HR consultancy or manpower recruitment will be an advantage.
