The Team Lead – Last Mile at Delhivery Limited is responsible for managing the daily operations of the delivery center, overseeing field teams, and ensuring that packages are delivered to customers within the specified service levels (SLAs).

Core Roles & Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Supervise the daily inbound and outbound delivery processes, manage dispatch schedules, sorting, and route execution at the delivery center (DC) or hub.
- Team Supervision: Guide, train, and oversee Delivery Executives and ground staff, while managing their attendance, shifts, and daily responsibilities.
- Route & Manpower Planning: Distribute daily delivery routes, assign shipments according to volume, and schedule workforce resources effectively.
- SLA & Performance Tracking: Keep track of delivery productivity, on-time delivery statistics, pending items, RTO (Return to Origin)



shipments, and the overall turnaround time (TAT).
- Escalation & Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, field escalations, and high-ageing shipments while identifying root causes for recurring delivery failures.
- Team Huddles & Training: Conduct daily shift briefings, morning power sessions, and safety compliance talks to motivate staff and maintain quality standards.
- Reporting & Coordination: Coordinate with first-mile, linehaul, hub, and customer support teams while sharing daily operational reports via logistics dashboards

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
