Job Summary

We are looking for a Guest Relationship Executive to create a warm, welcoming and memorable experience for customers at our jewellery showroom.

The ideal candidate should be young, smart, well-presented, friendly and confident, with excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome customers warmly with a smile and “Vanakkam.”

* Understand customer requirements and preferences.

* Guide customers to the appropriate jewellery section/counter.

* Ensure customers are comfortable and offer refreshments.

* Introduce customers to the relevant Sales Executive and communicate their requirements.

* Stay available throughout the customer's visit and provide assistance whenever required.

* Periodically check on customers to ensure they are comfortable and properly attended to.

* Assist customers during billing and delivery.

* Give customers a warm and courteous farewell and encourage them to revisit.





* Identify and report customer concerns or dissatisfaction to the Manager.

* Maintain an active and attentive presence on the showroom floor.

Requirements

* Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or front-office roles preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Friendly, confident and proactive personality.

* Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.

* Basic understanding of billing and customer service processes.

* Well-groomed and qualified appearance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
