About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Listing & Catalogue Manager to manage and optimize product listings across major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, and others. The ideal candidate understands the critical role cataloguing plays in sales performance and brand reputation, and takes full ownership of accuracy, quality, and consistency.

2 years Experience is a must , if you are from apparel/fashion background then it is a plus point.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, upload, and maintain high-quality product listings for 9shines Label and Highgarden across multiple marketplaces.
- Ensure all listings meet platform guidelines, brand standards, and category requirements.
- Optimize titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and images using SEO best practices.
- Regularly audit product pages for errors, gaps, and opportunities to improve visibility and conversions.
- Use AI tools and automation to speed up catalog creation, optimization, and content enhancement.
- Monitor performance dashboards, analyze listing data, and take corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate with design,



operations, and marketing teams to ensure complete and accurate catalogue information.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and algorithm changes.

Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in catalogue management and product listing on e-commerce platforms (Amazon/Myntra/Ajio preferred).
- Solid understanding of SEO for marketplaces and keyword optimization.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, research, and automations.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- High sense of responsibility, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

- Experience with marketplace dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and listing tools.
- Knowledge of basic image editing and content formatting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
