- Job Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day HR generalist activities and employee coordination.

Manage payroll inputs, attendance and leave records.

Handle Time Office operations and maintain employee records.

Manage joining, onboarding and employee documentation.

Maintain statutory, legal and HR compliance documentation.

Coordinate with employees for HR queries and routine requirements.

Maintain personnel files, HR MIS and other records.

Support recruitment, employee engagement and general HR activities.

Experience: HR Generalist experience with exposure to Payroll, Time Office, Documentation & Legal/Statutory compliance.
