We are looking for an Assistant Production Manager to support and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations at Komal Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in production planning, monitoring production targets, coordinating manpower and resources, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring smooth workflow across the manufacturing process.

The ideal candidate should be a BE/B.E. graduate with 2–5 years of experience in any manufacturing unit, with valuable knowledge of production operations, team coordination, process monitoring and production documentation.

The role requires a proactive individual with good communication, problem-solving and coordination skills who can work closely with Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance and other departments to achieve production objectives.
