Location: Focal Point, Ludhiana
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Training Need Identification & Training Planning
- Employee Training Coordination & Execution
- Maintaining Training Records & Documentation
- New Joinee Induction & Orientation
- Preparing Monthly Training Calendars
- Training Effectiveness Evaluation
- Coordination with Department Heads for Training Requirements
- Maintaining Training & Development MIS
- Supporting HR initiatives and employee development activities
