Key Responsibilities Video Editing & Content Creation

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Convert raw footage and raw data into engaging Reels, Shorts, social media videos, and other digital content.
- Identify engaging moments from long-form videos, interviews, podcasts, webinars, and events and convert them into short-form reels.
- Edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts with appropriate cuts, captions, transitions, music, sound effects, graphics, and visual elements.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, interviews, podcasts, corporate videos, and other digital content.
- Maintain professional storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound quality, colour, and overall visual quality.
- Repurpose existing footage into multiple content formats for different social media platforms.
- Ensure videos follow the required brand guidelines and communication objectives.

Shooting & Camera Handling

- Independently handle video shoots for social media, corporate content, events, podcasts, and other requirements.
- Operate professional cameras and manage framing, composition, focus, exposure, and basic camera settings.
- Set up and manage basic lighting and audio equipment for shoots.
- Plan shots and ensure all required footage is captured during production.
- Work as a cameraman/videographer when required.
- Handle indoor and outdoor shoots, including corporate and event coverage.

Podcast & Studio Production

- Handle complete video production for podcasts and studio-based content.
- Set up cameras, lighting, microphones, and other basic studio equipment.
- Shoot and record podcast episodes and interviews.
- Edit podcast videos for YouTube and other social media platforms.




- Create short clips/reels from podcast episodes for social media.
- Maintain skilled audio and video quality throughout podcast production.

Live Videos, Webinars & Events

- Handle shooting, recording, and editing of live videos and webinars.
- Support live sessions, interviews, meetings, and business events featuring the Managing Director.
- Manage camera, lighting, framing, and basic audio requirements during live sessions.
- Shoot and edit corporate events, conferences, and other company activities.
- Convert event footage into engaging social media content and highlight videos.

Post-Production

- Perform video cutting, colour correction, sound editing, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and basic visual effects.
- Create professional titles, lower thirds, captions, intros, outros, and other graphics required for videos.
- Work with green-screen footage and perform basic green-screen/chroma-key editing.
- Ensure final videos are exported in the correct resolution, aspect ratio, format, and quality for each platform.

Experience Required

- 3+ years of professional experience in video editing, videography, content production, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating Reels, YouTube videos, podcasts, event shoots, and other social media content.
- Candidates with experience handling both camera work and post-production will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
